深圳市神州路路通网络科技有限公司及PP停车（以下简称“我们”）深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。我们致力于维持您对我们的信任，恪守以下原则，保护您的个人信息：权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最少够用原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则等。同时，我们承诺，我们将按业界成熟的安全标准，采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。我们向您提供的产品和服务由我们的关联公司、授权合作伙伴提供或由我们与关联公司、授权合作伙伴共同提供。
请在使用我们的产品（或服务）前，仔细阅读并了解本《用户隐私协议》。
个人信息是指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。
我们仅会出于本协议所述的以下目的，收集和使用您的个人信息：
1、主要业务功能一：注册成为用户
为完成创建账号，您需提供以下信息：您的昵称、手机号码、创建的用户名和密码。
2、主要业务功能二：导航到停车场、缴付停车费
为完成导航到停车场、及缴付停车费、拍照查找停车位置等服务，我们会采集您的以下信息：您设备上的地理位置信息、上传的照片、车牌。
3、主要业务功能三：无感缴付停车费、信息推送服务
为实现无感缴付停车费功能，以及保证信息推送的及时准确，我们会在您进出停车场时采集以下信息：车辆出入场信息记录，包含车牌、出入场时间、出入场照片。
4、主要业务功能四：在线客服售后服务
为能够保证用户联系客服时可直接点击客服电话快速拨打，您需提供以下信息：您设备上的拨打电话和管理通话权限、手机通话记录权限。
您提供的上述信息，将在您使用本服务期间持续授权我们使用。 在您注销账号时，我们将停止使用并删除上述信息。
5、主要业务功能五：个性化及增值服务
为向您提供个性化服务，我们可能会根据您的喜好向您推送广告，并收集您对广告的反馈来提升我们的服务。
上述信息将存储于中华人民共和国境内。
我们的合作伙伴目前包括以下类型：
1、技术服务的供应商。我们可能会将您的个人信息共享给支持产品/服务功能的第三方，这些支持包括为我们提供基础设计技术服务、支付服务、数据处理等，如我们需要将您的支付金额与第三方支付机构共享以实现其确认支付指令并完成支付等。第三方供应商只能接触履行其职能所必要接触的信息，我们将通过相关合作协议明确其接触使用个人信息的范围、目的，禁止其用于其它目的。
2、支付，我们会与支付宝、微信、中信银行、银联、农行支付、建行支付、工行支付等合作方共享网络状态、手机状态来保证支付功能的正常运转。
3、腾讯地图，提供地图定位，车场位置标记，POI点搜索等涉及位置相关的服务，用于搜索附近车场、路径导航服务等；
4、个推SDK，消息推送，提供用户消息通知、推送；
5、友盟SDK，提供用户数据、事件点击触发相关的统计行为；
6、掌淘SDK，快捷登录，便于用户使用微信、QQ、微博快捷授权登录。
7、天润融通SDK，为提升客户服务体验，我们引入了第三方智能客服云服务。
对于我们与之进行个人信息共享的任何第三方，我们将在与签署的合作协议、保密协议等中明确约定其应当按照我们的隐私协议、数据安全管理要求、行业相关安全标准、国家相关法律法规的要求采取相应的安全管理措施和技术措施，确保个人信息的安全。同时我们将明确第三方使用个人信息的目的、范围，严格禁止其将个人信息用于超越业务必要、提供相关服务之必要或您明确授权的范围。我们将按照法律法规及国家标准的要求以点击确认协议、具体场景下的点击确认动作等形式征得您的单独同意。
当我们要将信息用于本协议未载明的其它用途时，会事先征求您的同意。
根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意。
1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
4、出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
5、所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
6、从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
7、用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
8、学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；
9、法律法规规定的其他情形。
如我们停止运营本产品的功能或服务，我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，对所持有的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
我们的应用/网站可能会收集并存储您的设备 IP 地址，用于以下目的：
1、提供服务：我们可能会使用您的 IP 地址来提供所请求的服务，并确保服务的安全性和稳定性。
2、地理定位：IP 地址可能会被用于粗略地确定您的地理位置，以便为您提供个性化的服务或定位最近的服务点。
3、分析和改进：我们可能会分析收集的 IP 地址以了解我们的用户群体及其偏好，以改进我们的产品和服务。

为确保网站正常运转，我们会在您的计算机或移动设备上存储名为Cookie的小数据文件。Cookie通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。借助于Cookie，网站能够存储您的偏好或购物篮内的商品等数据。
我们不会将 Cookie 用于本协议所述目的之外的任何用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookie。您可以清除计算机上保存的所有 Cookie，大部分网络浏览器都设有阻止 Cookie 的功能。但如果您这么做，则需要在每一次访问我们的网站时亲自更改用户设置。如需详细了解如何更改浏览器设置，请访问您所使用的浏览器官网。
很多网络浏览器均设有Do Not Track功能，该功能可向网站发布Do Not Track请求。目前，主要互联网标准组织尚未设立相关政策来规定网站应如何应对此类请求。但如果您的浏览器启用了Do Not Track，那么我们的所有网站都会尊重您的选择。
我们不会向其他任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
1、在获取明确单独同意的情况下共享：获得您的明确单独同意后，我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。
2、我们可能会根据法律法规规定，或按政府主管部门的强制性要求，对外共享您的个人信息。
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：
1、在获取明确单独同意的情况下转让：获得您的明确单独同意后，我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息；
2、在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私协议的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。
我们仅会在以下情况下，公开披露您的个人信息：
1、获得您明确单独同意后；
2、基于法律的披露：在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下，我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息。
（一）我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您提供的个人信息，防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人信息。例如，在您的浏览器与“服务”之间交换数据（如信用卡信息）时受

安全浏览方式；我们会使用加密技术确保数据的保密性；我们会使用受信赖的保护机制防止数据遭到恶意攻击；我们会部署访问控制机制，确保只有授权人员才可访问个人信息；以及我们会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程，加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认识。
（二）我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人信息。我们只会在达成本协议所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息，除非需要延长保留期或受到法律的允许。
（三）互联网并非绝对安全的环境，而且电子邮件、即时通讯、及与其他我们用户的交流方式并未加密，我们强烈建议您不要通过此类方式发送个人信息。请使用复杂密码，协助我们保证您的账号安全。
（四）互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。
（五）在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。
同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

使用目的：统计分析
收集的个人信息种类及范围：IMEI/MAC/ANDROID/ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/ICCID,SIM卡IMSI信息，位置信息，SD卡数据，设备序列号。

5、腾讯地图SDK
使用目的：帮助用户查询信息时定位位置
收集的个人信息种类及范围：OAID，系统属性，操作系统及版本，系统设置，设备型号，运营商基站信息（Cell
id），WIFI信息（WIFI状态，WIFI参数，附近的WIFI列表，连接的WIFI），传感器信息（重力传感器，陀螺仪传感器，加速度传感器，磁场传感器，旋转矢量传感器）蓝牙信息，精确位置信息（GPS信息）。
收集方式：SDK本机采集，不涉及数据共享

7、微信开放平台SDK
使用目的：微信开放平台SDK用于实现微信账号登录、支付功能以及其他与微信相关的服务。通过集成该SDK，我们可以为用户提供便捷的登录方式和支付体验。
收集的个人信息种类及范围：
1. 设备信息：包括设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符（如IMEI、MAC地址等）。
2. 登录信息：包括用户的微信唯一标识（OpenID）、昵称、头像、性别等公开信息。

1、用户授权：在您明确授权的情况下，我们的APP可能会在停车场景中进行自启动行为，例如您在APP设置中选择了停车场景的自启动选项。
2、合法利益：自启动行为可能是为了我们的合法利益，例如提供更好的用户体验、确保APP的正常运行或提供必要的功能或服务。
3、数据处理：在自启动行为中，我们可能会收集和处理一些必要的数据，例如车辆信息、停车记录、位置信息等，以实现自启动行为的功能或服务，并符合适用的法律法规和隐私政策的要求。
用户控制：您可以在APP设置中控制或配置停车场景的自启动行为，例如关闭自启动选项、管理后台运行权限等。同时，您也可以随时在隐私协议中查看有关我们的APP自启动行为的详细信息，并联系我们的支持团队进行进一步的咨询或提出相关的权利请求。
更新和修订：我们的隐私协议可能会随时更新和修订，以反映我们的业务实践、适用的法律法规以及用户反馈等。我们会在隐私协议中明确说明更新日期，并建议您定期查看隐私协议以获取最新的信息。
我们收集Wi-Fi的SSID（服务集标识符）是为了以下目的：
1、提供更好的服务：我们可能使用Wi-Fi的SSID来改善我们的应用程序功能和服务。
2、网络安全和故障排除：在某些情况下，我们可能需要收集Wi-Fi的SSID以帮助确保网络安全性和进行故障排除。这可以帮助我们检测潜在的网络问题，例如连接性问题或安全威胁。
收集方式：
我们仅在您明确授权的情况下收集Wi-Fi的SSID。当您安装并使用我们的应用程序时，我们会向您请求访问Wi-Fi信息的权限。您可以选择授予或拒绝该权限。如果您授权我们访问Wi-Fi的SSID，我们将收集该信息。

BSSID（Basic Service Set Identifier）是用于唯一标识WiFi访问点（AP）的物理地址。我们可能会收集和使用BSSID来提供定位服务或改善网络连接质量（目前腾讯地图SDK会收集这些信息，定位收集频率由腾讯地图SDK决定）；我们承诺对收集到的BSSID进行保密，并仅在必要情况下使用。
SSID（Service Set Identifier）是WiFi网络的名称。在我们的隐私政策中，我们可能会说明我们如何收集和使用SSID的信息。我们可能会使用SSID来识别附近的WiFi网络，以提供更好的服务或定位功能。我们承诺对收集到的SSID信息进行保密，并仅在必要情况下使用。
WiFi扫描结果是指我们通过扫描附近的WiFi网络，收集的有关这些网络的信息，例如其BSSID、SSID、信号强度等。我们可能会使用这些扫描结果来改善我们的产品或服务，例如提供更准确的位置服务或优化网络连接。我们将对扫描结果中的个人身份信息进行去标识化处理，并严格保护这些信息的安全。
我们的应用程序需要获取相机权限以执行以下操作和目的：
- 拍照: 我们将使用相机权限来让您拍摄照片，这是应用的主要功能之一。为了方便用户在停车场找到自己的爱车位置。
我们收集相机权限所提供的信息，主要通过以下方式：
- 用户授权: 在第一次使用应用时，您将被要求授予相机权限。如果您同意，应用将能够访问您的相机以执行上述目的。
收集信息的范围:
- 在应用中，我们只会访问相机权限所提供的信息。这包括照片，以及其他与相机功能相关的数据。我们不会收集或存储与相机权限无关的个人信息，如联系人、位置或通讯录。
按照中国相关的法律、法规、标准，以及其他国家、地区的通行做法，我们保障您对自己的个人信息行使以下权利：
（一）访问您的个人信息
您有权访问您的个人信息，法律法规规定的例外情况除外。如果您想行使数据访问权，可以通过以下方式自行访问：
账户信息——如果您希望访问或编辑您的账户中的个人资料信息和支付信息、更改您的密码、添加安全信息或关闭您的账户等，您可以通过访问您的个人账户执行此类操作。
搜索信息——您可以在首页中访问或清除您的搜索历史记录、查看以及管理其他数据。
如果您无法通过上述链接访问这些个人信息，您可以随时使用我们的意见反馈联系，或发送电子邮件至support@660pp.com。我们将在10个工作日内回复您的访问请求。
对于您在使用我们的产品或服务过程中产生的其他个人信息，只要我们不需要过多投入，我们会向您提供。如果您想行使数据访问权，请发送电子邮件至support@660pp.com。
（二）更正您的个人信息
当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时，您有权要求我们做出更正。您可以通过“（一）访问您的个人信息”中罗列的方式提出更正申请。
如果您无法通过上述链接访问这些个人信息，您可以随时使用我们的意见反馈联系，或发送电子邮件至support@660pp.com。我们将在10个工作日内回复您的访问请求。
（三）删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；
4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您注销了账号；
5、如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。
若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的主体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些主体获得您的独立授权。
当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能不会立即备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
（四）改变您授权同意的范围
每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成（见本协议“第一部分”）。对于额外收集的个人信息的收集和使用，您可以随时给予或收回您的授权同意。当您收回同意后，我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您收回同意的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。
（五）个人信息主体注销账户
您随时可注销此前注册的账户，注销步骤：点击首页右上角“我的”头像进入我的页面--点击“账号管理（个人头像）”进入账户管理，点击“注销账户”再次确认后即可注销账号。在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
（六）个人信息主体获取个人信息副本
您有权获取您的个人信息副本，您可以通过以下方式自行操作：
您可以随时使用我们的意见反馈联系，或发送电子邮件至support@660pp.com。我们将在10个工作日内回复您的请求。在技术可行的前提下，例如数据接口匹配，我们还可按您的要求，直接将您的个人信息副本传输给您指定的第三方。
（七）约束信息系统自动决策
在某些业务功能中，我们可能仅依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制做出决定。如果这些决定显著影响您的合法权益，您有权要求我们做出解释，我们也将提供适当的救济方式。
（八）响应您的上述请求
为保障安全，您可能需要提供书面请求，或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份，然后再处理您的请求。我们将在10个工作日内做出答复。如您不满意，还可以通过本隐私协议第八条载明的客服联系方式发起投诉。 对于您合理的请求，我们原则上不收取费用，但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求，我们将视情况收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段（例如，需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例）、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际（例如，涉及备份磁带上存放的信息）的请求，我们可能会予以拒绝。 在以下情形中，按照法律法规要求，我们将无法响应您的请求：
1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉和审判等有关的；
4、有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的；
5、响应您的请求将导致您或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的。
我们的产品、网站和服务主要面向成人。如果没有父母或监护人的同意，未成年人不得创建自己的用户账户。 对于经父母同意而收集未成年人信息的情况，我们只会在受到法律允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用或公开披露此信息。
我们可能适时会对本隐私协议进行调整或变更，本隐私协议的任何更新将以标注更新时间的方式公布在我们网站上，除法律法规或监管规定另有强制性规定外，经调整或变更的内容一经通知或公布后的7日后生效。如您在隐私协议调整或变更后继续使用我们提供的任一服务或访问我们相关网站的，我们相信这代表您已充分阅读、理解并接受修改后的隐私协议并受其约束。

BSSID (Basic Service Set Identifier) is a physical address used to uniquely identify a Wi-Fi access point (AP). We may collect and use BSSID to provide location services or improve network connection quality (currently, Tencent Maps SDK collects this information, and the frequency of location collection is determined by Tencent Maps SDK); we promise to keep the collected BSSID confidential and only use it when necessary.
SSID (Service Set Identifier) is the name of a Wi-Fi network. In our Privacy Policy, we may explain how we collect and use SSID information. We may use SSID to identify nearby Wi-Fi networks to provide better services or location functions. We promise to keep the collected SSID information confidential and only use it when necessary.
Wi-Fi scan results refer to the information about nearby Wi-Fi networks collected by us through scanning, such as their BSSID, SSID, signal strength, etc. We may use these scan results to improve our products or services, such as providing more accurate location services or optimizing network connections. We will de-identify the personal identification information in the scan results and strictly protect the security of this information.
Our application needs to obtain camera permission to perform the following operations and purposes:
- Taking photos: We will use the camera permission to allow you to take photos, which is one of the main functions of the application. It is to help users find the location of their vehicles in the parking lot.

(III) Deletion of Your Personal Information

4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;

After you delete the information from our services, we may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated.

We will not charge fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but we may charge a certain cost fee for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit. We may refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change to existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impracticable (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).

4. There is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.
(IX) Right to Refuse Automated Decision-Making
When we use your vehicle information for marketing profiling: You have the right to request us to explain the logical rules and purpose of use of the profile; you may refuse marketing pushes based on profiling; after refusal, you can still use basic services such as parking fee payment normally.
Our products, websites, and services are mainly for adults. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians.
In the case of collecting minors' information with the consent of their parents, we will only use or publicly disclose this information if permitted by law, explicitly consented by parents or guardians, or necessary to protect minors.
We may adjust or change this Privacy Agreement from time to time. Any update to this Privacy Agreement will be posted on our website with the update time indicated. Unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulatory provisions, the adjusted or changed content will take effect 7 days after being notified or posted. If you continue to use any service provided by us or access our relevant website after the adjustment or change of the Privacy Agreement, we believe this means you have fully read, understood, and accepted the revised Privacy Agreement and are bound by it.

This Agreement and all legal relationships and disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. You hereby agree that the competent people's court at the location of Shenzhen China Road Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall have jurisdiction.
